Hello, The wire in the doll is not permanent. So you have to replace it periodically. like elastic cord. The wire is an auxiliary that fixes the pose a bit more. It is not absolutely necessary, but if you want it, you may want to assemble it again. My doll uses 3mm aluminum wire. You'll find it easily even where you live.
